The VIP transport service program is there for riders with disabilities who require assistance along the sky train. Simply call and a Sky Train or Canada Line Employee will meet you at the platform. Call Access Transit for current numbers. This service is used frequently by our Blind and Visually Impaired riders.
We know of one client who got lost travelling between the Sky Train and Canada Line at Water Front station. She knew she was at the top of an escalator, smelled a coffee shop nearby and could hear live music playing ahead. That was it! She stopped and called. The staff identified her location via web cams. An attendant came and accompanied her onto the train she wanted.
