There’s a worldwide movement encouraging us to be more physically active in our daily lives. We know that physical activity maintains and improves overall health and contributes to an increased sense of control, puts a focus on ability not disability, gives us increased energy and generally increases self confidence. Most activities get us out of the house and socially interactive. Many of us find physical activity to be a practical tool in helping fight clinical depression, improve general mood and reduce anxiety and stress.
